Room was clean enough but it still had remnants of some odor. I wonder if the sheets were changed? Uggh!!!
The grounds outside of our room was dirty. 4 feral cats were battling with a skunk! We were afraid to go back to our vehicle to pick up our bags. We stayed here coz it was 10pm already and we didnt want to drive in the dark. We should have just slept in our vehicle or drove away to find another property.
There were 3 men outside openly drinking beer.
We hurriedly left by 6am the next day. Never again!

The staff (Paige) is absolutely amazing. I put customer service over everything and I was pleasantly surprised with Paige. We ended up staying an extra night.

The staff Paige was awesome! The room and amenities at this location were just decent at its price. Pet-friendly & free breakfast coffee. Though not the best, it was still a life savior when you were stuck out of nowhere at highway 5.

All of the staff are kind and take care of us and our needs. Robin, the manager is always available to help with our needs. We enjoy chatting with her when we check in. Our rooms are always clean and I feel comfortable staying here.

We always stay at Motel 6 when we come down to Lost Hills to train our dogs or participate in competition. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Robin (the manager) and Paige (the assistant manager) are always available if we need something (extra towels etc).

Clean and cheap. For real though. Maybe they were remodeled? Beds were cozy and there was a fridge. They had hot water too.

cons:
- chewed gum on bed frame
- all hand towels were dirty (brown stains and reddish wax)
- radiator panel says use thermostat but it doesnt turn on, using the controls on the radiator itself to turn on the heat made the room smell like burning dust for an hour so i turned it off after a minute, most radiator slats broken
- large brown hairball(?) in shower floor
- shower trim peeling and dark brown
- hair trimmings on sink faucet
- sink drain smells (held my breath while washing hands)
- bright light shines thru door crack at night
- light outside lobby was flashing like a haunted house
- fake wood floor peeling and sticks up at spots
- 2 wifi networks with almost identical names but password doesnt work for either of them, keycard holder says the password but not network name
- at least 6 feral cats right on the sidewalk
pros:
- close to multiple gas stations and fast food (mcdonalds, carls jr, arbys) as well as 24hr mexican food truck right outside
- guest laundry room open 9am-9pm
- vending machines in lobby
- outlet right next to bed
- tv and remote (directv)
- no bugs
- large minifridge and microwave
- lots of parking
