「I loved everything about this hotel. Staff was friendly, place was clean, felt safe, good parking. The ONLY complaint I had was that neither mine or my partners phone worked the entire time we were there. It would only work the moment we would leave the hotel but as soon as we walked in we would not get service. We were still able to use wifi and make calls using FB but no regular calls. 」

「Beautiful Hotel in center of town. We were so pleased with our room with a nice big couch and chairs along with an amazingly comfortable bed and nice shower. We checked in early and were greeted with a smile by Oscar, upgraded room and complimentary drinks. Checking out by Macy was so easy and pleasant too. We’d definitely stay here again😊」

「Well, the hotel itself was a bit dated, and it could use an upgrade, the staff was great. Mitchell at the front desk was the bomb. He actually upgraded our room so that we had a wonderful view of the river/Lake and Austin. Also, the folks that worked the bar and restaurant were great! I would stay there again. 」
