「The property was beautiful and all of the reception staff was amazing. They were the best part!! I really wanted to love this place because it was so beautiful, but too much went wrong. Beware of booking an economy room as that was the excuse for anything wrong. Our first room, 105, had issues. The bathroom was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair in the sink as well as very moldy caulk and wrappers/debris in the shower. Housekeeping came to clean it up but afterwards the cleaner...
