"Un lugar en el que te atienden de maravilla, la comida superó mis expectativas y el personal muy agradable y servicial. Las habitaciones si necesitan ser remodeladas, porque si se ve una diferencia VS las instalaciones que están muy bien mantenidas. Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue el SPA, las tinas muy sucias de las orillas y la encargada poco amable. Me hice un masaje y aunque llegué 5 min antes, me dejaron esperando y empezaron 5 min con retraso y aún así terminaron el masaje a la hora, nada de aromaterapia, el trato para salir del paso... Pero nada agradable la verdad. Deben de mejorar est parte."

"The hotel is set at the beachfront which boasts a nice sandy beach with a Beach Bar. The place is very well maintained and rooms are clean ans very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced with a relaxing ambience and good facials! The staff was warm and friendly. What we wish was better is the food. The variety for breakfast is amazing. However, the execution of the cooking - the cooked dishes in general lack taste. I preferred the fresh salads,n cold cuts and tinned fish. The breads were dry and hard while the seafood tastes like thawed frozen seafood. The fish was soggy and flaked into lumps after cooking. We found the cuts of beef a better option than seafood unfortunately. This is a pity given it’s a seaside hotel. We were given one complimentary bottle of water which is not enough for us drinking 3L a day per person. And water cost quite a lot. We would love to have water dispensers to refill. "

"High quality hotel right on an amazing beach. The experience is very high quality - the hotel rooms are spacious and the pull down bed for my 13 year old son was very comfortable. The facilities are excellent - large pools, plenty of sun loungers, direct access to the amazing beach, indoor pool and spa, padel courts, etc. The breakfast buffet has a great selection but can get busy around 9.30 to 10.00. The staff manage the queue very well and seat people quickly at vacant tables. The pool bar is great for lunch with a varied menu and reasonable prices. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to give choice outside the hotel."

"The location was excellent, with a tram stop right across from the entrance and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a small refrigerator. It did get a little cold at times, but we were able to find extra blankets in the wardrobe. Although the hotel mentions parking, this refers to a nearby paid car park which the hotel uses. We were also able to find some free parking options just a short walk away. Overall, a great stay."

"Reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and very informative. We had a lovely stay in a 2 bed suite that was spacious, clean, and was all we needed. Great location and I am sure in the summer it would be extremely busy. All in all a great stay. Thank you."

"Great size room for standard. You get a box back in England for the same price. Huge bed and so comfortable. When I first sat on it I thought the mattress was really firm but because it was memory foam I woke up feeling so fresh every day and my back wasn’t in pain. Same with the pillows. The pillows aren’t wide standard ones so you aren’t so far down the bed. Best sleep we had. Chilled vibes and staff are all so friendly in all departments. I have family from around the area so will definitely stay again. Everything was really clean as well and in working order. The only down side was the car park. I haven’t seen anything so bad before ha! It’s like it’s made for you to scratch your rental car. You can try find parking outside but not guaranteed. Thank you "
