「La habitación muy confortable y razonable por lo que uno paga y una excelente atención y servicio por parte de todo el personal.」

「Everything was good until the time we checked out. While we were waiting for the Uber, the hotel staffs, two ladies, asked me to come over then told me “Uber can’t go to the airport, you should call taxi”. I asked my Uber driver is it true and obviously, it’s a lie. I can understand the stuffs want us to call taxi in front of the hotel but it’s not a good reason to tell your customers a lie. I feel really upset when leaving the hotel. There must be something wrong with their stuff training. 」

「La estancia en el hotel y la ubicación del hotel. Son perfectos! El personal agradable. Solo le falta un poco a la limpieza de las áreas públicas como escaleras pasillos alrededor de la alberca. 」

「Tener en cuenta los suministros básicos de cada habitación, por ejemplo la toalla para el lavamanos y la luz del mismo lavamanos. En lo demás fue muy cómoda la habitacion.」

「Tuve un problema con la reservacion, al llegar al hotel me decian que solo tenia una habitacion cuando eran 2. Al final se resolvio por que se hicieron dos reservaciones de parte de la plataforma hacia el hotel.」

「Stay in hotel was good. Unfortunately, hoping for a great meal I decided an expensive (Approx. $78.00 American Money) Steak Dinner Meal and it was 85% fat and i couldn't eat any of it. No discount, refund or no one other than receptionist that would confirm or talk to me regarding the payment and loss of meal.」
