「Não é um hotel, mas um bed and breakfast. O serviço é muito restrito. Quando chegamos, em 25/12 não havia ninguém na recepção e nenhum funcionário no hotel. Tivemos que telefonar para um número de emergência e passar nossos documentos por WhatsApp para recebermos um código para poder entrar. Isso não foi legal, não teria escolhido se soubesse. É impossível chegar de carro no hotel e o caminho a pé tem muitas escadas, assim como no hotel. Sofremos muito com isso, mesmo tendo apenas uma mala cada...

「We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. 「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」

「Mi reserva era habitación para tres adultos y nos asignaron una villa. Desconforme aire acondicionado del dormitorio muy viejo, no echaba calor ninguno a pesar de estar 30° y mucho ruido. Y no había ninguna manta adicional. En el baño no tiene turbina, hace bastante frio y en la bañera el flexo en malas condiciones y muy poca cantidad de agua y salía hirbiendo o fría. En la cocina, el microndas no daba vuelta por no tener el plato giratorio original. 」

「We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it...
