The whole Rui resort is spotless clean. I think they clean 24 hours/ day! Food all good and such friendly service. Pool drink servers were always on the go! Entertainment team also did a wonderful job. Enjoyed the evening performances. The view perfect! Thanks to all!

Room was spotless staff was very helpful in every aspect. The room was spotless and they provide free water. The only thing to be aware is they don’t allow taxis into the premise to pick you up only to drop you off. If you’re leaving their property it has to be in their transportation service. That ...
