「Everything was perfect! 」

「Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. 」

「My wife likes to stay at VIP section at this property. Part of the reason we return is the service Ismael provides at the VIP pool. One area for improvement for the VIP pool would be to have a different music playlist each day. It is a bit tiresome hearing the same, not very good songs, every day. In general, the food quality across all on-property restaurants has declined through the years. Most food is OK for an all-inclusive, but don't get a ribeye or sea bass, as both are terrible. ...

「Pros: The property was very nice. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Cons: Upon arrival we were immediately subjected to a meeting with the concierge soliciting tourist activities in the area. We were exhausted, hungry and just wanted to check into our rooms. The constant solicitation by vendors around the marina was draining. 」

「Beautiful and relaxing, not crowded at all, weather was perfect, pools were clean. Food was delicious. Restaurants were able to accommodate our large groups easily!」

「This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. 」

「The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness. We couldn’t have been more thankful for her service!! 」
