Reserved the room and was not informed that there needed to be a 3 party authorization, employee went to hotel and was not able to check in and there was NO one at the front desk to help. Terrible customer service

For being an old motel, every room has been updated nice color and decore, all amenities are available very comfortable, I will definitely stay here again, I recommend people to bring ear plugs because the train does pass by once or twice a day other then that it’s all good, the wall are brick so you don’t hear your Niebor
