「I had to book an extra day because the food from the restaurant made me sick. The staff thought I was overstaying and made lots of noise outside my room. The front desk finally agreed to not charge me for the portion of the meal that made me sick. The doorman laughed at me on the way out.」

「Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night.
