「Un hotel u hospedaje de retiro familiar se caracteriza por su lealtad a los clientes, la privacidad y/o el trato de los colaboradores a nosotros, es un punto que este hotel no cumple no lo recomiendo a nadie si bien es cierto el gerente Juan es una excelente persona y muy profesional pero sus colaboradores no tienen la mínima idea del trato que deben recibir los huéspedes. 」

「The whole property is simply beautiful. It is a vineyard and winery (pisco distillery really) “old hacienda” turned into a hotel. The building (hotel, rooms, restaurant, gym, chapel, distillery) is all in the vineyard. Some rooms overlook the vineyard (gorgeous). The staff is friendly and professional. Food was delicious (local and international dishes. The pool is perfect. 」
