"Very old building, renovation is way overdue, wrinkly carpet, restroom with little, poor lighting, leaky water faucet. Very loud window AC unit, difficult to sleep. Saggy mattress. Can’t believe I paid so much for a five-day stay."

Hotel Burbank
"Elevator in parking garage was not working. This was an inconvenience since parking structure was already on the 2nd level and hotel entrance was one level below. My elderly mom has a hard time with stairs so we had to walk out of the parking structure and to street to get to the hotel entrance. ..."
