The Roof Top is Magnificent!

The staff was wonderful……..but Definitely spend time at the roof top as it was the best part of our stay; in fact the manager there helped to make it so. We’ll definitely return!

The room was next to the road, and traffic noise was audible all night. We could also hear the doors slamming from other guest rooms, soft closing doors would have been nice. The Olia restaurant got my order wrong and forgot my wife's Coffee. I would have expected better onsite service than this.

Excellent location (fairly quiet but within walking distance of multiple restaurants). Lovely, modern property, beautifully decorated. Expensive parking, valet only, but valet service is very quick. Oddly there didn’t seem to be any bell service, so when you arrive, you have to get your own baggage cart and haul your own bags upstairs. Ditto when you depart. We did not eat at either hotel restaurant, but the rooftop bar looks lovely. Love love love the Nespresso machines in the room, too. Overall, I’d stay here again the next time I’m in Glendale.
