不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Atrocious conditions as soon as I arrived, way more expensive and much worse than others in the area. The door had graffiti written on the walls, the toilet wasnt properly sealed and smelled of sewage in the living room, and there was exposed wiring and wads of paper stuffed into holes in the ceiling. There was loud music blasting through the whole floor and the door didn't appear to shut the whole way to dampen the sound. The room was absolutely in terrible shape and not as advertised on the website. I had to book elsewhere for the night and leave, telling the front desk that I would be requesting a refund through Expedia.
2 days later expedia stated that the hotel refused to answer calls and inqiuiries and the hotel seemed happy to pocket my money. I was offered a measly 50 dollars in credit while I was forced to pay for last minute arrangements to stay elsewhere. Just an awful experience I don't wish for anyone. DO NOT book here. Avoid at all costs.
