This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at for my regular staycations. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself and definitely a place where you can feel comfortable talking with other guests. My only annoyance was the $50 corkage fee for opening and drinking the wine that came in my room, on the rooftop. I’ll definitely be checking in a few more times this year though :) Highly Recomend.

The art collection of this hotel is reason alone to return! But there’s plenty of other draws: fun, friendly staff, excellent pool scene, really great dj at night, and the best bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a suite for two nights and the room was great. Between 6:00 and 7:00 am our first morning, the toilet kept us awake with very loud gurgling sounds. Around 9:00 am, my girlfriend sat on the toilet in the dark, without realizing that water and feces erupted onto the toilet seat and surrounding floor. We spoke with the general manager, Maria, who did not seem too concerned that my girlfriend sat in feces. Maria offered a food and beverage comp and was not willing to do anything more, insisting that since we booked the rooms on Expedia, this was all they could do. It’s hard to imagine a more disgusting hotel experience. We were very disappointed about the way in which the general manager treated this situation as if it was a minor inconvenience rather than a significant health hazard.

The property is very nice, offering a bohemian hotel vibe. It’s laid-back and relaxing with a vibrant pool. The service is quite mixed: some staff members go above and beyond, striving to anticipate your every need, while others try to upsell aggressively and can be extremely rude, requiring you to request a manager. I have visited this property on occasion but never have I stayed here. In short, I really enjoyed it and would stay here again. In past reviews, some people have complained of the noise. But, I experienced the exact opposite. It was quiet and comfortable. Yes, the rooms could use some upgrading, but nothing big. The service was top notch, and the food and drinks were excellent. The rooftop lounge was fantastic. Set in a quiet neighborhood, but close to neighborhood restaurants was nice.
