This stay was wonderful for a weekend event we attended at the sports park nearby. Our room was very clean every day of our stay (3 days total). We used the fitness center and appreciated the amount of equipment available and the cleaning items available for when we were done. Also, the breakfast provided was the best I’ve had from a hotel in years! The majority of the staff was very friendly as well. All in al a great trip!

Upon check-in I was told that my reservation was not in their system, even though I showed them the confirmation number and e-mail. However, they somehow knew that the reservation had already been prepaid. I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get a room assigned to me. The receptionist was not friendly nor did she apologize at any time for the mix-up and inconvenience. A very unpleasant way to start a stay this hotel.

We stayed one night and it was perfect for our short stay. Unfortunately it smelled like a smoking room and a bit dingy. Breakfast was great. Room served it's purpose.

The room on day one smelled like a dog or like cat urine. They said they had no suitable room alternative. I bought products and sprayed every few hours through the night. For day two, I was given a nice king bed room by Juan. I was very pleased with that room. I was told I will not earn my points for te stay because I booked through Expedia. Also, I was not allowed to use my points to check in early (I had been up for 36 hours). I am going to try to find a different chain that gives points; I have LOVED Hampton Inn in the past.

The room assigned was in front of the elevator, other guests exiting or entering the elevator were noisy and could be heard in the room at all hours. The hotel location was also noisy due to vehicle traffic from the highway and highway entrance and exit.

Hotel sits directly across from the 91 fwy. If you like the sound of traffic, this place is for you! The AC had a strange way of operating - it would run until it was about 60 in the room, then would shut off. I wanted the fan to stay on, but it would not. Otherwise it was fine.

The property was nice and clean. Security was clearly visible. I checked in very late and there were no delays. Staff was helpful and courteous Continental breakfast was delicious.
