I don't want to slag the management who are no doubt doing their best in trying times, but I spent about 30 seconds in the room before opting to look elsewhere for accommodation though it was very late and I was very tired.

Did not stay at this hotel. When I arrived for check in, I was told there was no reservation in my name. All rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. Ended up staying at a different hotel which was good. Location for this hotel is sketchy and the hotel itself looks terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not so Deluxe Inn

The hotel room was filthy. There was even trash behind the bed that had been there for who knows how long. There was no safety lock on the door. The air coming from the heater smelled like smoke. No shampoo was supplied, only bars of soap from Motel 6. I cannot believe I paid over $100 to stay here.

They cancelled our reservation without refunding us. Claimed they cannot house guests at the moment while guests were actively using the hotel. Refused to refund us and told us to go through booking agent. Would not answer calls of booking agent requesting a refund either. Be careful this place is definitely a scam.

Dommage que la chambre sente fortement le tabac. C'est vrai que des cendriers sont à disposition .. Sinon accès au centre de Los Angeles facile avec une ligne directe toutes les 20mn.
