In the morning 3am people ranning in the corridor non stop 12 hours. How sleeping. So crazy. Around the hotel can check out 6pm no charge. And this one have to check out 12. So bad for stay. I will not be here again

Overall I’m satisfied with this hotel but it still has some aspects needs to improve,every time I went to the reception desk I always needed to wait, I think there should be more staff in this area,in addition,the sewer was blocking when I took a shower,it made me feel uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. “Urgent” water maintenance has left patrons without water/bathroom use and no refund issued as well as promptly informing us of an issue until physically at the hotel. My Accommodations also did not match the reservation. Poor management left patrons with water bottles as the lone solution with the hopes that the issue would be rectified by the morning.

The front desk customer service representatives were horrible. I was standing next in line while 2 reps completely ignored me while doing something else. When I inquired if they could assist, it was as if I was bothering them. Therefore, it intentionally took longer to be assisted. Also, I received 3 different prices for an extended stay. Not sure why the price was inconsistent.
