Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unmet Requests
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m genuinely disappointed with my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Torrance, California. From the moment we checked in, we encountered multiple service issues that were never resolved.
I called the front desk several times requesting clean towels—no one ever brought them. I also asked for an extra bed, which was denied without explanation. I requested that the room be cleaned while we were out, but when we returned, nothing had been done. I even called again for extra bedding and, once again, nothing was delivered.
The lack of follow-through and attention to basic guest needs was incredibly frustrating. I expected more from a Marriott property. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider staying with Courtyard in the future.
