チェックアウト当日、フロントに誰も居らず、電話するも近くで呼び出し音がなりボイスメールに切り替わるだけ。メッセージを残し、メールするも誰も現れず、カギの返却に苦心した。部屋の中に置いて出ることをメールして退去したが、これが出国当日などだったら笑い話にもならない。お詫びのメールが届いたが、高額な宿泊料金を支払って部屋は満足しただけに残念。
