「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. 「Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es war ziemlich cool. Alles in allem werden wir diese Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen」
