HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room. "Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. There was however, no tea or coffee making facility in our room. However as we were there for the Oktoberfest, that wasn't really important. The hotel is approximately 1 km and a 15 to 20 minutes from Moosfeld U-Bahn station and initially with the aid of google maps we found our way. I would recommend the use of an electric scooter for the journey there and back. But do not have too many beers before doing this! "
