「We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. Even when we told them we were not happy they did nothing to make us feel better. We certainly will not stay there again. Staying there was a big letdown to end our trip with.」

「酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗」

「Central Lapad Hotel. The pool was good as was the breakfast. The hotel is not too memorable but we enjoyed our two day stay. Rooms were a step above basic. Would come back and recommend.」

「The hotel had only been open a week when we arrived. It is beautiful in decor and ambience. The staff are amazing. A few teething problems that will be sorted out over time. The only disappointment was there were no sun loungers to relax in during the day. There are photos on the website, I hope they use the garden space to allow a chilled out area.」
