「This place may have been ok. My husband had a medical emergency on 3 day of our. Brief trip. I purchased and bundled flight stays and car rental they . We purchased the insurance for any emergencies that may we have experienced.. We are elder people and we had to come back from Amsterdam. Seven days early. Auto rental company was the only part of of this trip that didn’t charge us extra to to our situation, Budget:Avis was extremely helpful. So I need to advise, Never ever book anything...

「The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. Design is nice but it is a portable cabin in the end. Place is...

「Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". 」

「Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...
