"Myself and partner arrived at the hotel and was met by the staff who were very helpful about parking, breakfast and where the room was, view from our room was amazing and had views of Looe Bay, our room was massive with plenty of room, room was clean and so was the bathroom. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Such a great stay with family. The facilities are great, lots of games and space to get together and relax. Room were beautiful with lovely bathrooms. Staff were really genuine and super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxed and homey place still local to lots of things to do."

"Tricky to find first time, more my wife's navigation skill than the good directions from host. really quiet location, no noise except nature. Host one of the best we have come across. The Peacock, nice surprise when opening the door. Very good location for visiting that part of Cornwall."

"We spent just an amazing and relaxing stay at Trehaven Manor. Ella is the most wonderful and caring host we have ever met. This is simple, we felt we were friends invited to her lovely home, as opposed to be customers. Ella has always tons of recommendations for visits or restaurants and always anticipate our needs or questions with special attentions. Our room was charming, quiet and enjoying a beautiful view over the Looe river. We slept like babies while we could not remember last time we slept in one go. The breakfast was incredible, freshly cooked on order. The location is very convenient: the property benefits from an onsite free parking for the guests. It is close enough to the city center so this is walkable and far enough to be quiet at night. A detail but this is rare enough to mention it: the wifi is excellent. Thank you so much, Ella!"

"I think that this may have been the first time that the caravan was used this year, both TVs were playing up. The maintenance guy was there within two minutes and solved the problem. The caravan was very clean and ready for occupation. All the staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. We were unfortunate with the weather, very cold winds from the north, but the heating system coped well. The only adverse comment I could make is about the current trend of the use of QR codes. All park info was accessed by QR codes. I'm in my 80's and don't do QR codes. The problem is that you have to know about something in order to ask. For example, I knew the restaurant would have a menu, I asked for a paper copy and was given one. The only thing I didn't like was you had to pay for wifi in your caravan and at £5 per day I thought that was something I could do without."
