"For the prices in Geneva, this hotel is a good option, and I believe - in the context of the location, provides acceptable service for the price offered. I'd skip breakfast and grab something in the city if I were to return. I would say however, this is likely the perfect business stay if you need to be close to the airport and are on a mission."

"Nice hotel but not in Switzerland, it is in France near the border. The uber from the airport is very expensive and the shuttle also costs money. Location is very secluded and not much around. The check in and out is done at the sister hotel Ibis right beside."

"The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "

"Centrally located. Nice and professional staff. Good price. Exceedingly clean. Close to the Metro stop. Kinda perfect. We ate great Lebanese, Vietnamese, and traditional Swiss food all within five minutes of this hotel. Very cool area of town. Make sure to check your messages and notifications in the hotels.com app a few days before check in for your free Lausanne travel pass. We didn’t realize we had the pass in our phone when we arrived in Lausanne, and took an Uber from the port to the hotel. No big deal, but we could have just jumped the Metro for free if we had realized we had already received the pass."

"Pool out of order, no mention of this on the website before booking, Staff in general very unhelpful. Rooms tired and smelt old and musty (I think the carpet) Would not stay here again."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"It’s more a motel type accommodation than a hotel. Staff is very friendly, parking is free and good breakfast. However, rooms do smell of mold as there is now natural ventilation and they are more or less all ground floor. It is close to airport and does offer shuttle. "
