offered by AvantStay, property was dirty, not cleaned, not maintained. the dining table was very sticky as if it was not properly cleaned. the plates had food crumbs and greasy marks on it. the cutlery was stained, had greasy butter leftover and strange marks. No garbage bags were provided (they supplied it the next day after complaining). big, large black ants were everywhere in the kitchen all the time. there were spider webs, dust and debris clearly visible behind the headboard of beds. there were live active spiders in the basement bathroom tub with huge spider webs. shower curtain had black mold growing all over it. there were live big spiders and spider webs in the basement game room beside the tv table. most of the door handles were loose and coming off. AC was only in one-bedroom, other rooms had fans, but they were so hot and uncomfortable to sleep in during nighttime. 2 rooms did not have any window blinds or curtains. the bunkbeds were not installed properly and were so flimsy that they were constantly moving and making sound and we ended up sleeping by adjusting in other rooms. 2 room doors were broken and coming apart. lightning is severely inadequate in every room, many led bulbs were fused, the living area was so dim and dark. parking garage, outdoor fire pit, bbq machine was all dusty, dirty with spider webs, we couldn't use any of them. it looked like nobody came clean and maintenance for weeks! i do not recommend it and would never stay there again.
