「I checked in on Sunday. The front desk closes early on Sundays and gave me their after-hours service number. After they closed, the power tripped in our room. I called their service number multiple times but no one answered. I had to search the entire room for the switch myself and finally found it in a corner outside the building. After the phone went unanswered, I left a message, but many days passed without a reply.」
