É um bom hotel, só achei ruim o estacionamento ficar em outro terreno. Toda vez que precisa sair ou entrar tem que ir primeiro até a portaria e esperar que um atendente vá até o local para abrir o portão.

Pessimo atendimento. Profissional de recepção despreparada. Temho um filho autista e solicitei que liberasse o cartão de acesso ao quarto para que ele pudesse ficar calmo, que eu ficaria fazendo o restante do procedimento de check-in. Além de ignorar meu pedido, foi irônica e ignorou a legislacao que prevê atendimento prioritário, me expondo diante de outros hóspedes que estavam no balcão.

Hotel básico no Centro da cidade

Considerando a faixa de preço do hotel e estar localizado no Centro( relativamente próximo de alguns pontos turísticos), é adequado, com um padrão de serviços básicos. Segurança no estabelecimento ok. Atendimento na recepção educado e atencioso. Café da manhã simples, poderiam melhorar a qualidade dentro do que já oferecem.À noite a temperatura do chuveiro no meu quarto ficou apenas morna ( e o fator chuveiro quente conta mto pra mim). De manhã o chuveiro funcionou mto bem. O fato de poder parcelar o valor das diárias é um aspecto positivo a meu ver. Pra mim foi adequado pra um pernoite.
