Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it ..."

"The upstairs unit shower backed up and leaked into the bedroom. They offered a late checkout for the trouble, but I do not feel that was enough for the disgusting issue. They did send someone to fix it a few hours after being notified. The bed was comfy."
