Overall is ok
The hotel location is just perfect, extremely convenient and easy access! Staffs are nice. Free lounge access everyday, complimentary refill fridge and free breakfast also. But 95% of the guests are from Middle East and I thought I was in Dubai or what. The hotel staffs are very nice. Housekeeping is not responding sometimes you might need to call concierge instead to get towels. One thing is weird that the bathroom has no ventilation.

2 of the 4 elevators were down for upgrade. Had I known that I would have booked a different hotel. The stairs were very out of the way. If you plan to stay there, you might want to check if ALL the elevators are operational as this is a popular hotel and very busy. All dining in the hotel is card only. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Oxford Street as well as Hyde Park.

Great location being just a two minute walk from Marble Arch station and Hyde Park. Hotel is well run and very modern. Just one minor gripe - not enough lifts which can mean long waits. There are stairs, but they are difficult to find often being hidden behind unlabelled brown doors. Would definitely stay there again if I ever needed to.

Very good check in at an extremely busy time. We were a 3 but only a double bed in the room. Reception soon sorted this out. The room was very clean and free water in the mini bar which was a nice touch. There was only 2 lifts due to maintenance work, we used the stairs the majority of the time but it was a problem for the more infirm people. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice of food. We would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, great location and everything we needed. We had a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. This kids slept on the sofa bed as it’s too small for adults, but it was great to have a sofa and room to move around during the day. We were on the executive floors so had breakfast there which was okay and we had room service which had good options for dinner. Points of feedback would be to note the lifts and escalators were often under repair (fine for us) and there didn’t seem to be any info written down like breakfast times etc.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was sonhelpful and asjusted my reservation at check-in as requested. Natali was so sweet and gave me a sweet note ans fruit plate in my room to thank me for staying with them. The restaurants and food were wonderful. The beds and room was so comfortable. The hotel is huge, at least 90 rooms on a floor. There were only 2 elevators so the wait was long. The doors to the room were all scuffed making the long hallway and many doors look like a 3* hotel. However once in my apartment, it was really nice, complete with living room and kitchenette. This was perfect for a mother and teenage son. My view, not so nice as I looked at other windows of the hotel. Awesome location!

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms! Loved the selection of food available but we only ate in the bar. The service there was wonderful! Our server was friendly and attentive and made us feel so welcome! The concierge was very helpful for storing luggage and really friendly! Such a wonderful hotel and I’d definitely stay again!

elevators out so the wait was very long every time. Also, there was a fire alarm pulled at 9am. No announcement if it was an actual fire and the entire building evacuated- and had to return to their rooms with two working elevators. Ruined an entire morning.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff member at check-in called Anastasia. Rooms are well soundproofed, very comfy beds and a complimentary minibar. Will definitely stay again.

Hemos estado una semana, ha sido muy práctico en cuanto a ubicación/conexión con metro-bus. El hotel tiene habitaciones amplias con servicio de minibar que se rellena cada día sin coste alguno. El desayuno es muy variado y en una estancia agradable. El personal es muy servicial y agradable (incluso entre ellos se ve buen ambiente laboral).
