Bad experience

Very bad hotel. The door of the hotel room was broken and we are locked outside the room without out luggage. The manager promised us to refund one night because we cant get into the room for nearly 5 hours, and we only have a second-hand room on morning 4am, without cleaning the room, bad conditions. But then the manager reject to refund the night (more than 90EUR). We have asked couple times if we need the certificate for it, and they said no. So angry and disappointed for booking this hotel. Preferring not to choose this hotel if you want to have good travel experience in London.

Would definitely not stay again

Would definitely not recommend this hotel for the following reason: 1. The location is pretty far from Victoria Station, around 12 minutes walk, and you have to check in with the hotel across the street. 2. The towel they provided is very dirty, the towel was somehow yellowish, with stains. 3. There is no lifts, so beaware if you are carrying big luggges. 4. The room is extremely small, you can only open one suitcase, and after you open it, you can't open the door. 5. There is no chair in the room. 6. Even though they said the provide "complimentary luggage storage", they leave it at the open space of the hotel, at a corner inside the hotel, where anyone could have saily taken the luggage. If you want them to tag the luggage and take it inside, it's 2.5 pound per piece. 7. The pillow was really flat, as if you were sleeping directly on the bed. 8. The receptionist was very unfriendly, only the luggage guy was friendly. 9. The check out time is strictly 10:30, they charged 10 pounds per hour. With this price, would defintely not recommend or stayed again.

this is my worst hotel

This is very bad hotel in london, we stay for two night in this hotel, the bathroom factility is not good. The bathroom door broken in second night and hurt our arm and leg. Their is no service to hep us to clean our wound. They need us to paid GBP 100 for the bathroom door when we check out. It's crazy. Don't go this hotel. I can't imagine that their door hurt us without any help from the hotel and we need to paid the door's fees. It's crazy and horriable hotel.They told us that if we are not pay we can leave the hotel. CRAZY!!!

Hotel très bien bien placé dans le centre de Londres proche de la gare Victoria. Quartier résidentiel mais avec une petite animation (restos et boutiques a proximité). C'est ce qui peut justifier le prix relativement élevé, mais l'emplacement était pour nous le plus important. Point de vigilance : Salle d'eau.... WC dans le lavabo.... très compliqué pour les personnes de plus d' 1m20.... Sinon la douche est propre et OK en taille. Fenêtre qui ne ferme par complètement ou simple vitrage, en tous cas bruyant....

Convinient location however pretty worn down and room was right under a trainline so pretty loud. They also charge 5 pounds to hold you bag and they tried to charge me twice.

Perfect for what we wanted

Perfect for what we wanted. A very small room but we weren’t spending time there so it didn’t matter. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a first floor room on request. The room was spotlessly clean.

Great location…but

Location, location, location!!! Nice neighborhood near Victoria Station. Near pubs, stores, etc. But…3rd floor sucks after a day of walking the city. Also- the toilet situation is a challenge. We could not sit on the toilet without arms in the sink. It’s a tight squeeze- not for the faint of heart.
