金碧輝煌,雖然很多東西古老,畢竟歷史悠久,但仍值得住上一晚。

飯店門僮歧視,覺得我住不起似的,我一共住了四晚。有2次我從外面回來,阻饒我進飯店。

下午4点,近5点也没有帮我准备好房间让我等了很久。窗口全是酒店圣诞的小霓虹灯,拉上窗帘也没有办法完全遮光影响睡眠。

一间很古老的酒店,有些落后了,和酒店的名气不太符合,不太建议去住.

地點絕佳,歷史悠久,華麗氣派 地點絕佳,歷史悠久,外観氣派,服務人員態度親切。
地點方便,古典高雅,但套房沒有附贈任何水果,餐點,咖啡茶連刀叉都沒有,有點美中不足。倫敦英國人的服務品質一流,值得一遊。交通方便,鄰近餐廳,超市等皆有。

奢華但很有距離感的享受
這是一間很有歷史、非常豪華且地理位置絕佳的飯店,服務人員也相當友善,只是部分員工會在可能以為客人聽不到/聽不懂英文的地方說出自己的感覺有點不太好,服務周到但令人很有距離感

非常不錯的飯店
整體方面都非常不錯 由其是餐廳下午茶是非常好的體驗,美中不足的地方是窗戶外的景色是老舊公寓打開窗簾可以看到他人的廚房看到室內人的ㄧ舉一動 不敢開窗好似偷窺狂一樣~^_^ 鄰近地鐵站 可以直達機場 可以省下80英鎊的計程車費~^_^

free upgrade, the room is big and cozy
really happy for the free upgrade to junior suites, besides the taxi transfer service is much expensive, all the service are very good

Palace style hotel at nice location.
The Ritz hotel located at Green Park, just cross the park then you will reach the famous Buckingham Palace. The hotel decoration is just like a palace, no matter dining place and the room as well. The English afternoon tea is absolutely recommended.

Truly amazing....
This was a truly amazing experience, the staff are extremely helpful,polite and professional as you would expect from the Ritz, during our stay we had the afternoon tea as most do and also ate in the main restaurant taking in the saturday night live show, this was a truly memorable night. The food was the best we have eaten and the whole ambience had to be experienced to understand how good it was, i don't have the words to do it justice. I really like the traditions of the hotel and love the fact they keep it from a time when things were done properly and with respect. If you like a very high level of service with friendliness and unique experiences then you must go and try it i dont think you would be disappointed.
