What an amazing stay! In a city that is flooded with hotels, The Ned really is something special. The room was beautiful and the service was impeccable. It was a special birthday stay and we were surprised with cake and treats! Everything about our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again!

The staff, both for the hotel and the restaurants, were absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, blending classic elegance with vibrant energy. Each evening, the live music filled the lobby and created such an amazing atmosphere that I never wanted to leave. The food was exceptional — try the fish and chips and pizza! My room was spotless and gorgeous, with every amenity I could possibly think of. It felt luxurious yet comfortable, like a home I wish I could live in. The highlight of my stay was how the team made my birthday feel so special. I arrived to find a handwritten card and a little chocolate dessert waiting for me — such a thoughtful, personal touch that truly made my day. The Ned is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. I can’t wait to return!

Another great stay at the Ned, so many bars & restaurants to choose from great atmosphere. Only negative is the hotel guests no preferential access to bars so can be disappointing when busy. For the price one of best in London.

This hotel is the BEST. From arrival to check out we had the best stay. The rooms are immaculate clean with lots of little extras (and this was a basic room) the atmosphere in the bar and dining areas is a vibe and the food was brilliant.
