Walking for around 8 mins to St Pancras station. The room and bed are clean. Staff are nice. If you don't mind the construction next to the hotel. It would be a good choice to stay.

I am very sorry to hear that the room was not big enough as expected and was on a lower ground floor. All our lower ground rooms have got proper windows for air circulation and day light and also good Wi-Fi Signal as well. I would also like to add that the hotel is newly done and we have had no issues or complaints with any of our rooms. We will try and improve on customer service for better experience in future. I would also like to add that for the time being whilst we do not have breakfast room we offer complimentary Grab and GO Breakfast which is clearly mentioned whilst making reservation at The House of Toby London. We apologies once again for dissatisfaction and Disappointment you have had during your visit at The House of Toby.
