Not every room has a television. We were told this was intentional to encourage guests to explore the city. That may be a philosophy, but it is misleading when some rooms do have TVs and this is not clearly stated at booking. The room photos also make the spaces appear much larger than they are. Even as very tidy travelers, we were constantly bumping into each other due to the extremely tight layout.
Several basic amenities were missing or did not function properly. The coffee maker did not work. Face towels were not provided. The air conditioner sounded like running water throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Guests are encouraged to use a fully digital experience, including digital room keys, yet the WiFi was unreliable and frequently went out. Eventually, we were given a traditional room key, which worked far better.
If the staff had not been so accommodating and kind, I would have rated this stay much lower. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays we have had, and we would not r
