前枱服務很好，酒店很近underground交通方便，房間雅致，但室內空間較少，如果行李較多，可能要預訂較大嘅房間！清潔用品及mini bar補充充足，可惜衣櫃掛衫有點不方便

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a great area and is very conveniently located near the South Kensington station.
