預算夠的話可以考慮
1.有電梯 2.距puddington車站步行約5-10分鐘可達 3.房間相較其它倫敦飯店，空間算大，兩個28吋行李廂同時打開都還有空間，此次住行政房。 4.早餐不錯吃。 5.浴室備品沒有每天更新。

闹中取静的舒适之选
酒店位置特别好，闹中取静，离lancaster和paddington地铁站都很近。paddington站旁边几个快餐都有了，还有中餐、牛排什么的，tesco超市也非常方便。 我们住的是地下一层，有窗那种，很舒服。早餐也不错，尤其是omelette非常好吃。 钥匙是复古的实体钥匙，很有调调，但是也很大不好拿。 值得一提的是每天房间会给自治的饼干，超级好吃！ 总体来说，住的很开心。

We were arranged at room 602. Which is a room on the ground floor and right next to the kitchen/ restaurant and get very noisy since 630am. Apart from that , it's good. Just wish you're not given ground floor room

值得入住，服務很貼身，還會致電問候一下房間有沒有其他需要。 早餐很好又近火車站可以直達機場或其他地方。附近有小商店和不同嘅餐廳。

洒店離Paddington 火車站，地下鐵站只是十分鐘腳程，乘HeathrowExpress 到機場只要十五分鐘，非常方便，附近有多間餐館，洒店房間清潔整齊，工作人員有禮，服務盡心，洒店餐飲亦出色，

Great staff, full of enthusiasm and passion; Great assistance from staff when we first stayed; Great location, near both Paddington and Lancaste Gate station; Room is clean and big with beautiful custom dyed fabrics; Mineral Water and home-made Cookies provided.

不錯的酒店，靠 不錯的酒店
靠近Padditon站，去倫敦周邊或機場都方便，不過酒店位於排屋其中一單位並不是獨立一庢建築物，可能要花少少時間揾。另外，因為我訂房時不包早餐，酒店職員推薦我買每天GBP25兩人的早餐卷，我要了四天，check out 應該是GBP100, 但他們說邑GBP300, 我當然不會付款，後來他們說是職員出錯，最後我當然只付GPB100, 在這點各位朋友要小心檢查收費

Hotel in good location
The hotel was very close to Paddington Station and the room is in clean condition. Just a little bit small size is expected. I have not try the restaurant in the hotel as there are many restaurant in nearby area. The staff is very nice and helpful and the facility inside the room is also enough.

I frequently accommodate at hotels around the world. I find that The Royal Park Hotel is just a so so hotel. We stayed at the Deluxe 4 Poster Suite on the 1st floor, the air condition system was so noisy that we needed to move to another room on the next day. Strongly suggest the hotel to fix the air conditioning system before releasing that Deluxe 4 Poster Suite on the 1st floor to any customers because the room is expensive. In addition, on the 3rd day, the housekeeping people forgot to close and lock the balcony door connecting the bedroom and living room of our suite after daily cleaning. I however, appreciated the staff at the reception whose name starting with M. She was very nice and helpful. She told us how to take a faster route by tube to British Museum.

I was worried being close to the rail it would be a bit on the tourist.hard side but it was a perfect location. Rail to anywhere outside that immediate area down the block.. Kensington Park a hop skip and jump. I could go on BUT…the staff was so pleasant and welcomed us with a refreshing non alcoholic cocktail They sent up amazing surprise pastries for our anniversary. Beautiful presentation ❣️. Room straightened every day, restaurant known outside of just the guests, and MORE treats to thank us for staying. They make you feel like they are thrilled you are there. I’m coming back :)

This hotel puts many others to shame. Excellent service in every aspect. The lovely receptionist upgraded my room close to their garden as my dog was staying with me - dog bed and bowl ready for us in the room. Perfect car parking - right in front of the hotel with a very polite and helpful doorman. I even misplaced one of my debit cards, I didn’t even realise I had lost it. I received a prompt phone call to say it had been found, and it was delivered to my room moments later. Bar staff very attentive and welcoming. I have just found my perfect London hotel, and me and my dog will be regulars now. Thank you

Have stayed here previously and would not hesitate to recommend The Roseate. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. We had arrived from an alternative hotel that was "disappointing" and the greeting, invigorating welcome drink, and upgrade on our room made us feel special. Room was so comfortable with everything we could want. Will definitely we staying here again on our trips to London and will again mention all of the very kind and friendly staff.

Our stay was marred by several unacceptable issues. The presence of mold in the bathroom was deeply concerning, and the subpar breakfast, notably the undercooked eggs, fell short of expectations. The situation with the elevator, including a distressing incident and subsequent noise disruption, was exacerbated by the staff's initial inappropriate response, though they later admitted to ongoing elevator problems. Although we were eventually moved to a suite, it doesn't excuse renting out substandard rooms or floors with known issues. Additionally, the refusal to reimburse for an unsatisfactory breakfast service was disappointing, especially for a hotel purporting to be of four-star caliber, a rating that, in our experience, seems overstated. The hotel's failure to meet basic standards and address guest concerns promptly and adequately is alarming and suggests a significant gap between advertised quality and actual service.

Wonderful stay at Roseate Hotel
Wonderful stay at Roseate hotel in London. It is just across from paddington station so very easy access to heathrow express. Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again.

Outstanding customer service!
Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding. One gentleman working the night shift at reception (unfortunately forgot his name) helped with our luggage to Paddington, about 2 blocks away. And then refused to accept any tip money. Truly over the top customer service. We will be back!
