Heater did not work, toilet too small (cannot change clothes inside), shower did not work properly (less water with low water pressure). The breakfast had less choices and not value for money. The customer service of the receptionist in the night shift is very poor and impolite.

地點交通便利度高 入夜後安靜
距離Paddington station超近，出飯店從街口步行3分鐘直線即可到，一路上有許多餐館 零售店 （零買水果 紀念品都方便且較其他去便宜一些），但晚上安靜適合重睡眠的人。飯店雖有電梯但只達3樓 我們住4樓（小閣樓頂）需要搬行李走一小段窄窄階梯，算是唯一缺點。 可免費寄放行李 早餐半自助式（沒有先做類的煎蛋 火腿之類）有吐司 水煮蛋 水果 優格等，算普通。

每日有免費早餐，總類鄰滿意，服務人员都好好，但第一天入住电梯巳壞，好彩被分配到地下，地下房間有点嘈，但可接受，整體上滿意。

Dead Bird outside Window
Although the hotel is near to both the underground and the rail station, the hotel was too old and not clean at all, I even found a dead pigeon outside the window of my room. Luckily, the hotel allowed to change to another room. The room was not equipped with air-conditioner and not suitable to live in hot summer.

Good location. Two minutes walk from Paddington station. The room is comfortable but the toilet/bathroom is tiny. Sufficient heating to keep you warm in a chilly night.

Reasonably priced for reasonably valued of stays
In short, I would rather pay extra 10 pound (10%) for staying at a much better room. PRO: reasonably priced and few blocks away from London Paddington- Hub of Central London & Heathrow Express. CON: See "IN SHORT" There are hotels at just right next to Paddington Station that gives you what you paid for, and the expectation from a proper hotel.

Ridiculously overpriced for what you get
On arrival we asked a few questions to the reception guy but he was not the friendliest and really didn’t want to take time to speak to us Every time we popped to reception the staff were outside the front door smoking We expected a cooked breakfast, instead we had damp cereal that had clearly been in the tub for a long while and hard croissants Room was tiny

Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, great location. Hotel itself is a bit worn out, not so tidy, but good enough for The cost. We stayed at three persons room and it was surprisingly spacious.

The room was so small I had to leave it to change my mind. While everything was clean, it was hard to move around and the best was very hard. Location is fab and staff lovely but rooms leave much to be desired.
