Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the room temperature did not live up to your expectations. We always do our utmost to obtain the optimal temperature for our bedrooms as it is a centralised system. If the room is not cool enough for guests, we would normally recommend to open the window or offer an electric fan in order to bring down the room temperature.
