Le petit déjeuner est simple mais convenable. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant. En revanche la chambre est trop petite, à deux c’était compliqué idem pour la salle de bain. La chambre est trop bruyante la nuit, ce ne sont pas de doubles vitrages donc difficile de bien dormir. Les doubles rideaux ne sont pas suffisants pour couvrir la lumière du jour. Manque des prises de charge à côté du lit.

Additionally, we'll take your feedback regarding the lack of charging sockets next to the bed into consideration for our current improvements. A room with a smell of sewage …
When I arrived in the room the smell of javel was really strong. Told myself ! They want it clean here… but when I came back to my room later in the day a strong smell of sewage was in the room. I tried to start ventilation system and it was unoperative. Even with an open window that constant smell of sewage was coming from the bathroom. Bed super unconfortable The second day there was no water coming to take a shower. I have been told its normal cause its an old building For the price it doesnt worth it at all. Desk employee was really nice and welcoming

Vi hadde frokost innkludert i oppholdet. Frokostrommet var svært lite og trangt. Man måtte stå i kø for å få komme inn i rommet, og da man fikk bord var d nesten ikke plass for å forsyne seg. Det var ingen beklagelse/ forståelse fra personalet og heller ingen reduksjon i pris for de dagene vi ikke fikk bord.

ロンドンは宿が非常に高いとはいえ、ここは酷過ぎた。日中のスタッフが良い人だったのは救いで、又、健康を考えなければ安いカフェくらいの朝食がたっぷり食べれるのは若者などにはありがたいだろうが、、部屋は値段には全く相当しないお粗末。 円安も手伝ってはいるが、27000円も支払って、地下。窓の上をガヤガヤ人が話しながらゴロゴロ荷物を転がす人が通る、朝になればロビーや食堂だろうか?とんでもない音がする狭い狭い無味乾燥な部屋。上階ならまだ眺めもありずっと良いのだろうがたいした部屋でなくずっと高い。与えられた部屋は寝るだけと諦め耳栓をしてやっと眠れ、寒く、極めつけは湯が出ない。他の数人の客もそれを文句言いに来ていて、全館そのよう。フロントは、今直したから1時間くらいで出ると言ったが結局朝まで水だけ。 20時間のフライトの後に、温まり、リラックスして眠ることができないのは、まことに苦しい宿だった。近所には似たような安いホテルが沢山あるが、その一つは、1万円も安くて、落ち着ける広さとセンスのある部屋とたっぷりと出る湯が、嬉しかった。 この宿は、身体が休まらないので、お勧めしない。

The stay was fine, but the room was too hot and no way to regulate it. The room was very basic, but was comfortable enough. The fact breakfast was included was a positive, however I did not take advantage.

Room and hotel would have been great except we were put in a basement room that smelled like sewer and black mold. When we checked in they said, oh, you didn’t pay for a window. The rest of the hotel seemed clean and they cleaned the room during our stay, but it didn’t help. We had to prop door open for smell. Pay more for a better hotel.

Absolutely terrible hotel. There was a rat in our room and we have video proof of it. We proceed to tell the guy at the front desk to give us another room because we were not sleeping in a room with a rat to which he proceeded to tell me they were fully booked so I asked him for help to get the rat out or do something to which he responded - "it's not a big deal just don't think to much about it and go to sleep, there is nothing I can do about it". I then proceeded to ask for a refund so I could go to another hotel to which he told me that I needed to wait for the manager to come in the next day which I couldn't do because I was traveling the following morning. I still have not received answer from the hotel and have not received a refund.

We had a room on the ground floor at the back of the building. The towels had holes in them, the bathroom smelled of mould/mildew and there was only the main light so when only one of us wanted to sleep the other had to be in complete darkness. I asked the front desk for a lamp but they didn't have any. Location is amazing but hotel is only okay if you're staying for one or two nights. Any more than that and we would have tried to switch rooms.

Unbelievable bad service and state of room
There are many things that are not acceptable for the price paid. I arrived and the curtain and the rail were not on the window, the door handle was not working from the inside and had not been correctly attached, and when you look out of the window you are looking into a shaft - so you cannot open the window or have any fresh air at all. The room is very warm and there is lack of air and even the two air vents linked to the room don’t work. They sent someone to come and put on the window frame and attach the curtains. This is a room without a window and should not be sold as such. This is a basement room without any fresh air, and no circulation in the rooms - and they are very stuffy and smell of chemicals. Then the bathroom looks nice but the toilet seat is not correctly lined and so you cannot sit on it, there is hair on the “Bath and shower gel.” The television switched on but cannot link to any site. I also booked this room because it supposedly has a safe and there is no safe in the room. Have attached the photos so you can see what I experienced. I accept one mistake but not like this. Absolutely disappointing.
The curtain was not attached. The window opens on a shaft, no fresh air.
The door handle broken.
The toilet seat not correctly fitted on the toilet. Unable to sit.
Toilet paper in the vents.

My room had a musty smell. It was a basement room and was very warm with no windows. There was a dehumidifier in the room which helped but was quite noisy.
