Homeless People, Terrible Condition & Dirty
Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs.

Receptiepersoneel deed hun best, maar liep tegen beperkingen van de locatie aan (bv. geen brood aanwezig, terwijl er ontbijt moet worden gegeven). De kamer zelf was veel kleiner (3×3) dan beschreven; meubilair gammel, bed matig, schoonmaak slecht; douche/toilet zeer klein; wastafel moeilijk te gebruiken; geen mogelijkheid om handdoeken op te hangen; toiletzitting los en veel te klein. Slot van de kamer hing half los; was van binnenuit maar moeilijk op slot te draaien. Ontbijtservice was alleen op de eerste dag goed, daarna werd er steeds minder verstrekt; in de volgende dagen geen brood, geen croissant, geen fruit, geen kaas, bedorven yoghurt, etc. Op dag 3 alleen een croissant gekregen, omdat er geen brood meer was; dag 4 was er geen croissant en geen brood en werd als oplossing brood gekocht bij het tegenoverliggende benzinestation: resultaat 3 boterhammen, 2 bakjes jam en yoghurt als ontbijt - te triest voor woorden...

Would not stop again if someone paid me to!!
Well we're do I start. Location is on busy, noisy high street. Receptionist only interested in mobile phone. Hallways are filthy and smell of damp. Room was the most dirtiest and smallest room I have ever stopped in. Carpet was filthy and freying in all the corners. Walls were dirty & stained with god knows what. The bed was the most dirtiest and uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Springs in your back constantly and only get 1 thin cushion. How they can justify letting people sleep on them I don't know. Would be better sleeping on the floor tbh. Bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower and floor not been cleaned in months by the looks of it. Avoid at all costs!!!

Worse experience ever. Only 1 member of staff that was civil Nothing to cook with. The matresses were actally broken with springs digging into your body. The storage smelt and was in very poor condition.

No electricity
When we arrived there we was told there was no electricity and it would come back in 20 mins. Then I saw all the notice in the doors saying that there won't be electricity between 10 and 12,however we were there at 2:30pm. There was guests in the corridor as it was very hot, so I enquired about it they said its 3 hours more than the time they initially informed. When I called the reception who told me 20 mins after half an hour of my visit, she said it will take another hour so I decided to leave and asked them to accommodate me in a different hotel. They did provide me a park hotel which is not what I paid for and I didn't like my stay there as well. It ruined my day!!

worst experience at hotel ever!
Awful. No clear instruction of needed deposit and while waiting to transfer to clear to credit card, there was no help or empathy from staff. Horrible atmosphere. Lelt feeling embarrassed upset and no offer of refund or comprise, comfort while waiting for our already paid room

The room was really warm and no reason was given why, the shower head was broke and when I asked for an iron and ironing board I couldn't get it as it was in another apartment and the resident was out. They didn't even have a spare and this wasted hours of my life because I couldn't go out.

Roof space availability is great advantage! General condition of the furniture and walls is catastrophic. It is old and dirty beyond any cleaning ability of the room service. Beds are too short and small, especially for tall Serbians and generally Yugoslavs. Ceiling does not allow extension of the arms. Room service and reception staff are great.

Conditions of the rooms are very poor. There are springs coming out of the beds. Very poor showers too. Very little evidence of any Covid 19 compliance relating to cleansiness. The people behind the reception desk are not even wearing masks

We loved our stay here. Victoria and the guy (Stephen I think, really amazing guy) who attended to us were simply amazing. Provisions in the kitchen were okay. Location is fantastic. Staff here are exceptionally helpful and warm. Looking forward to a next trip.

A solid experience. Rooms are generally clean. Noticeable damp type smell lets it down.

It’s clean. Wonderful decor, which is quite inviting. But... The drilling noise during the day wasn’t so great for a hide away spot.
