酒店離地鐵站其實要行很遠,需要在地鐵站附近坐巴士到酒店附近。入住了幾晚,但只有頭2天有提供早餐。 房間不大,但還可以接受,也算舒適的。

A bit far away from Iford National Train Station
We stayed there for 2 nights and it require some distance of walk from the Iford Train Station. Easy to get food nearby as there is a shopping mall and subway on the way to the hotel.

Don't go to this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelt of drains and mould. There were 3 separate air freshners that hardly touched this. The bed sheet was so thin you could read a newspaper through it. You could feel the mattress spring. The shower was cold and there was noise from staff until 2.30 in the morning. The room had one tiny velux window.

Nice guy checked me in but went downhill when I arrived at my room. Horrible smell on entry to room. Tin of air freshener on the table tells me the staff are aware of this, but still let the room out to paying customers. Mould in shower enclosure. More water came out of the shower hose than the shower head. Corridor doors dont have door closers so are banging shut all night. Won't be re-booking here again in the future.

Room was fairly decent no temperature control as it was broken but there was a heater in the room kettle was broken and the chair was damaged

Not safe for d/Deaf guests & rats in the walls.
The fire alarm went off during my stay & it has no lights to warn d/Deaf guests, a serious safety issue. I needed a place to stay for a week and the photos on hotels.com looked nice so I booked here. At first I thought "it's cheap and a bit shabby but it'll do", the longer I was there the worse it got. The staff I spoke to during my stay were friendly and I think it's a case of owners/management siphoning off any money this place makes and not reinvesting it to actually look after the building. My door's electric lock was broken & had the mechanism was exposed, the same with the door across from me. It had batteries & wiring exposed, not very safe if someone is staying with children. My room didn't appear to have any damp issues but it was very dark even in the middle of the day. The duvet had no cover, it was stained and torn, and there was the thinnest fitted sheet on top of a very lumpy mattress. The pillows also had thin covers and were very lumpy & uncomfortable. The toilet and sink initially looked clean but had lots of 'baked on' grime that could be removed with a deep clean, and there was a gross brown lump in the sink pipe. The shower worked fine, but the hose for one of the heads was broken & in need of repair. The walls are incredibly thin, I could hear conversations being had across the hall and the couple in the room next door having uh, special adult cuddles. Everybody slammed their doors at all hours of the night.

I request for a change in room as upon booking i didn't realised that this hotel has no lift. My mother has knee issues and have problem go up the stair. So we managed to change our room from second floor to first floor. First floor room is small for 3 persons and no windows. Very suffocating. I also would like to give a warm compliment to Syamir who helped to bring pur luggage fown. Thank you Syamir. You are a gem to this company.

Broken window Looks like someone had broken in so couldn’t shut the window I blocked it up with a towel to try & stop the noise Couldn’t leave my stuff in the room as it wasn’t secure The staff have friends over & all talk very loudly & who does the washing up at 4 in the morning Extremely noisy

Ok if your homeless worst hotel I’ve been to
When I checked in the man on the front desk was smoking a vape, horrible smell and unprofessional. The bed was rock solid not comfortable at all and now my back is in pain. Their is a picture on the wall of a lady felt like cameras watching you in her eyes. The bed sheets was stained and the room smelt of weed. The bathroom smelt of mould. Very unclean and furniture was manky. The shower hose what u hold did not work!!!!! And the circle one was not fully working properly. I went out side in the morning and the staff member was sleeping on the sofa instead of behind the desk. When I checked out their was not even a thank you from the staff they just took the card very rude and unprofessional. Will never stay their again. I did not even complain my whole stay and to not even say thank you to your guests was very rude.

Service was excellent. The hotel is very basic which we expected for the price. However, the room was supposed to be nonsmoking but reeked of smoke and the carpet was old and could have used shampooing.

Vor Ort mit Buchung über Expedia dort angekommen um zu hören es wurde nix für mich gebucht absolut unflexibel obwohl ich alles vorgezeigt habe und dort alles beschrieben stand nach Telefonat mit Expedia auf einen 2ten Versuch noch einmal aus London raus gefahren zur Unterkunft trotz einer Mail das alles jetzt klappt dennoch keine schlaf Möglichkeit dort erhalten absolut schrecklicher kurztrip gewesen

Great for the price & great service
There was a plumbing issue in the room we were given and the gentlemen at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They responded immediately and moved us to another room. The overall service was really good and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.

You get what you pay for!
It was what you paid for! Cheap, small room but somewhere to stay. The staff member was accommodating and when I said that the room was cold, he brought in a heater. There was a strong weed smell in Reception but we did arrive late in the evening. The decor was a little shabby. Bathroom was clean.

The Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At.
Checked in and found my room had a metre squared hole in the ceiling above the bed sealed up with newspaper. When the lights went off, light visible through void so room didn’t even go dark. En-suite toilet had an exposed soil pipe which stunk out the room. No parking on the drive available as advertised. The whole experience felt so disgusting that I checked out at 05:30AM so that I didn’t have to spend any longer than I had to there. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This place was horrible. There was a 12pm curfew that we did not know until arriving. There was mould on the windows and it was broken (smashed and missing one of the 2 handles), there was damn all on the ceiling

Avoid!
I stayed at this hotel for no more than 10 minutes before checking out abs paying for another hotel. The welcome was cold by the receptionist, who had his friends hanging around playing cards. Wasn’t impressed with walking in and being stared at by them. I walked into the room and was very disappointed. It really is a case of you get what you pay for! Broken lights, Dust everywhere, hand towels given as bath towels, shower was hardly a shower. I’m 5’5...I banged my head on the low ceiling at least twice, so if you’re any taller, wear head gear! Walked out, handed back my key and booked the Travelodge and had a much better experience!

The bed was not cleaned. There was hair all over and stains and the room stank! We asked the man in reception to change the bed covers as it looked like it wasn’t changed but he just sat there as if it was none of his business? Careless staff.. poor hygiene
