我們住了6晚。有冰箱，距離皮卡地里線上的地鐵站，距離超市，都只有 100 公尺，三大優點！整個飯店，有怪味道，冷氣幾乎 ~ 沒有作用！幸好今年 8 月，倫敦幾乎 20 度 C 以下，所以我們乾脆開窗。房間很小，進門得下兩個階梯，很容易摔倒！房間在半樓，沒電梯，抬著兩個 30 公斤的行李箱，20 多個階梯，很吃力！櫃台人員比較冷淡，電梯超級小，又慢

Good location

Location is great! Just 1 mins walk from the Gloucester road station and there is supermarket and many restaurants near by. The hotel is a bit old but clean. Nice staffs and good breakfast.

Overall-Beautiful property and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Had a slight issue with the room and they were quick to fix it. Single room is perfect! Will recommend staying and looking forward to my next stay!

I wish i had made my reservation for the entire time i was in London! The only 2 issues i had at all was #1. Noise/traffic...there was a lot of road noise..because it sits right on the road! #2. I was a little warm in my room. Not too bad but the unit in the room would not cool down..or maybe i didn't know how to operate it? I would highly recommend this property. It is an old property but you do not expect perfect when it is that old. There were some minor issues but overall, a very pleasant stay. Harrods department store is just a few minutes walk..maybe 10. Other shopping is near also. The underground is just steps from the hotel which makes it very convenient.

There were issues with the air conditioning. The floor, bathroom lock, and TV were a little busted, but the shower water pressure and warmth were excellent. Overall nice stay. They did what they could to make all issues right. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Housekeeping staff were excellent!!! Thank you.

Good location, nice room, it said shared bathroom but my room had one inside and it was working (just the water pressure in the shower was low), the staff was very friendly and sweet, the elevator was the smallest one I’ve ever seen but it’s okay

This is a nice Victorian style hotel located few steps off the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. I noticed a general lack of maintenance and poor workmanship but it's not a big deal for me. The room was nice but, unfortunately, noisy, especially in the night (seems that the police has its hardest work in the night). The breakfast was good, not such a wide choice but all the food was fresh (the coffe was really good, unlike the orrible black water served in many other hotels). I feel to recommend this hotel only if you have a deep sleep and don't mind of the F1 night racing under your window.

Great location, just a short walk to Gloucester Road tube station which is served by Picadilly, District & Circle lines. Bus stops a short walk away (served by the 49 and 74 buses). Museums are a few bus stops away, so too is Kensington High Street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a Tesco Express opposite the tube station, a Waitrose by the tube station and a large Sainsbury's on Cromwell Road, which runs perpendicular to Gloucester Road. Stayed in a Classic Single. Bed comfy, bathroom large, adequate space in closet, fridge, large windows in both bedroom and bathroom. Kettle, safe.....medicine cabinet with lots of space for toiletries. Air conditioner worked well. Daily service from Housekeeping was excellent. Hotel is older style with quirky things like creaking floorboards under the carpet and the tiniest elevator/lift I have seen. But for me, this is the charm I come to London for. My room was on the 4th floor and faced the road. When the windows were closed, I didn't hear the cars. I slept soundly. A pleasant stay. Great value for the price paid, especially since I was out during the day. Continental breakfast was included in the rate. GBP5 supplement for full English Breakfast which I had once during my 5 night stay. I searched for a long time and looked at many hotels. I had even booked another hotel, but when I read the reviews of that one and the Montana, I cancelled that booking and was very happy with the Montana. I would stay there again.

Location was very convenient with plenty of food choices nearby. The room itself was very small and in the lower level of an old Victorian. The hotels linen/housekeeping room was right outside our window. They could look right into our room, so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time.
