第一天晩上的房間電力不穩定,燈光會突然turn off,床會不時發出聲音,隨便輕輕翻個身,床都會發出聲響,根本不該拿出來銷售,非常不符五星級酒店水平。 浴室備品住了四晩都沒有補充,非常離譜。

I enjoy all, except there is no place that van eat&drink outside ehich faced to Hydepark. The door was closed and not opened to sit against Hyde.

This property was AMAZING! 5 star experience the whole way. Turn down service, fresh flowers everywhere, customized gifts, and a wonderful spa. High tea at the rose bury is a must!! The staff is so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!! Will stay here again.

Didn’t sleep as the beds are terrible.
We stopped at this hotel fro the one night after arriving back from a flight from Dubai. The hotel is well fitted but the major issue is the bed - it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. When I mentioned to reception taht we hadnt slept they said they would update our profile and put a topper on the bed. I wouldn’t risk staying at this hotel again untill they sort the beds out. Stay her if you want a nice hotel but aren’t bothered about having a good nights sleep.

Likes: Location, gym is ok Dislikes: Plenty. I’ll just share 1 thing that happened. The icing on the cake as it were… I was in the gym around 9:30pm one night and had to use the restroom. The door to the pool area was locked. I looked around and there was nobody to be found. Inside the room behind the door labeled “movement” there is a single bathroom. So I decided to use it really fast so I could get going again. As I was about to use it (locked inside already) someone started (aggressively) pounding on the door. I thought it might be an emergency or something by the sound of it so I quickly opened the door to see what was going on. The person that worked down there, a thin dark haired woman, started yelling at me and was visibly angry. “You cannot use this it closes at 9:30.” Or something along those lines with plenty of complaining and anger and frustration. I was shocked. As a guest at a 5 star hotel (or any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life) I’ve never experienced being yelled at by an employee. The fact that it was for something benign made it worse. There were plenty of other jaw-dropping things that happened as well. I heard employees talking about other customers calling them a “nuisance.” No you can’t do this, sorry but that’s not available (when it was later verified available) and so on. I feel like the company culture of this location is really bad. Management just allows it, so employees keep doing it. Service isn’t priority.

Incredible LACK of consideration from the Manager.
Please reconsider satying at this hotel or any Mandarin Oriental property, They do not care at all if you are a LOYAL customer/guest. Had a huge problem with the flights and tried to comunicate and call the MO London to advise about the problem and avoid a no show and they DID not answer the phone it was after ours I know but anyway they MUST have a person to answer or an emergency can not appear after ours ??? We tried to let them know that we were not allowed to board British airways flight and finnaly next day they answered and did not care about our frustation and charged a penalty night, even when we tried many times to advise one night before but nobody was ther to answer the telephone in a 6 star hotel. Very dissapointed never ever will stay at any MO hotel.
