The design of the room was wonderful, and the content was the easiest to use of any hotel I've stayed in while traveling in Europe. The restaurant-bar scene just off the lobby was great, although the morning breakfast buffett was a little weak as far as American tastes are concerned.

Such a fun hotel with friendly staff. It was nice to stay in a hotel with personality for a change. My room was spotless and spacious and the bed was more comfortable than my own! Great breakfast and delicious dinner too. I’ll be back!

Check in was quick and I got in earlier than check in time. The room itself had a comfortable bed and overall clean but needed some updating. The overhead shower head pressure was weak but the handheld was fine so ended up using that the entire time. The restaurant/bar…the servers and hosts weren’t overly friendly and didn’t really know what was in some of the dishes and didn’t know what kinds of teas were avaialble. They just didn’t seem like they lived their jobs

Nice clean rooms. Excellent staff doing so. Quick response to more supplies and special furniture. Fabulous buffet breakfast every morning. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Close to very nice restaurants and retail stores. Close to important bus and underground transportation. Taxi and uber drivers know how to get to the hotel.

I have stayed in a bunch of hotels in my time but this was by FAR the coolest. Far from your average, stiff, stoic and Peroni pouring chains - this place was funky and hip but also super clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely spot on too. Perfect for solo trips or for couples.

Alles is heel vlot verlopen. We waren eerder dus we mochten onze bagage daar laten tot de check-in. Het hotel is super! Je komt ogen te kort om alles op te nemen. Onze kamer was gezellig klein, met alles wat we nodig hadden en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. De eerste nacht (zaterdag) was er een feest met veel lawaai, dus oortjes meenemen is aangeraden. De buurt is gezellig en rustig. Je staat zo aan Broadway Market waar je lekker koffie kan drinken, door boekenwinkeltjes snuistert of gezellig iets kan eten. Of aan Regent’s Canal voor een avontuurlijke wandeling. Wij komen zeker terug!
