Apartment wasn't clean on arrival despite pre-booking in to give them a time of arrival. had to ring up and ask for it to be cleaned, with fresh bedding and towels. Phone number listed on website isn't the one used by letting company. Was expecting more for what was charged per night and photos on Hotels.com website.

We arrived at the property at check in time- there was no signage and no one there to help us. We were instructed to wait for someone to come help us. We waited over 20 minutes (in the rain) and still no one showed. Eventually we had to spend an extra 200 dollars finding somewhere else to stay- and have been unable to get a refund from this property.

It was a clean bed with no frills. Decor was cheap and tasteless, but it was very clean and there was no bed bugs. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night, it's a good option and it's directly opposite Stepney Green tube station.

Good customer service .
When I needed to get in I call the helpline and the person on the other side of the phone was so helpful, warn and inviting. No fath with having to meet anyone just gave me a code. The room is clean sand cosy. And it felt very safe. And the station is just on the other side of the road. Would stay again.

Filthy dump - go elsewhere
A complete misrepresentation of the accommodation, more expensive than staying near Kings Cross. A bathroom used as a store for cleaning products. Broken furnishings. A blind but no curtains to stop external street lights in the room. Plastic furnishings an old fridge and dirty toaster... whal i go on?
