Very convenient location close to two tube stations with restaurants and fast food nearby. Helpful and efficient service. Room is clean with comfy bed. Overall hotel is small and needs to navigate steps inside the hotel and room - a little bit inconvenient.
Entrance has ramp so easy for moving luggages
Room size is not big and has steps inside, barely enough room to lay out the luggages.
Good size and clean bathroom.

We stayed for one night following a gig in Hyde Park. The hotel was well located for what we needed, the room was a good size and the staff were friendly.

Communication was a huge issue. I stayed into another hotel at the start of that week and their communication was brilliant so my stay here was a sharp contrast. The Expedia app informed me that I was going to pay at the hotel and then the day before the hotel tried to take the money out only to have it declined as I’d moved my money out of that account. Had to call up and put it through over the phone, asked for an email receipt and they assured me I’d receive one…didn’t get one. I got to the hotel the next day and was told that I needed to pay for my hotel. I informed them that I’d already paid and they told me that it was pending and that they needed to be paid. I showed them on my phone that I’d already paid through my banking app and they said they still hadn’t received the money so I’d need to pay. I put my card into the card reader and waited to put my pin in just to see that they needed the card for confirmation to complete the transaction. A very easy situation that became an issue due to lack of clear communication. The next day when I checked out, I was asked to pay a maintenance fee of £5. It wasn’t really fully explained when I was at the reception as to why but it also wasn’t clearly stated in any of the lead up to the stay which would have been appreciated. Overall, the hotel was very clean and in a great area, the staff were ok it was just a strong lack of clear communication that would’ve been heavily appreciated as it would have made the travel less stressed

The rainforest shower in jyvroom would not produce hot water, however the hand held shower did so excellently...air conditioning stopped working however staff wete quick to address the issue... Hotel only 5 minutes walk to underground and Kensington Park

Ho soggiornato nella struttura con la mia famiglia. Camera spaziosa per 4 persone molto pulita, le foto rendono bene l'idea Bagno pulito e con il kit di cortesia Eravamo al piano terra con la disponibilità di un tavolo esterno aggiuntivo (molto apprezzato per mangiare il take away acquistato nei ristoranti vicini) Presente bollitore e macchina del Caffe espresso Colazione dolce e salata nella norma Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, al check out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora senza costi aggiuntivi. La zona è molto bella e con due fermate della metro a pochi passi Unica nota negativa il rumore dei treni della metropolitana (forse perché eravamo al piano terra) Stra consigliato
