Nice hotel, not friendly & helpful staff service
Need more than 75 minutes to London central for public transportation. Poor services for some staffs-not friendly and helpful. We would not choose this hotel again.

Dear Guest Many thanks for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us, I am sorry to hear that the location was not ideal for your trip. We do receive many positive comments about our convenient location especially being close to the main motorways as well as Walthamstow Central (Victoria line) Zone 3 tube station literally 10 minutes bus drive away and it is only a 35 minute tube ride in to Central London. Basic hotel, poor breakfast
Building looks new. Rooms feel tired. Bed too close to wall on one side. Air con ineffective at heating. Breakfast needs attention. Poor quality cooking and frequent out of stocks (and no grab bags).

Very friendly and helpful staff, room good but a number of things broken like window handle that didn't spoil our stay but could have a potential issue in the near future.

This hotel is vile, vastly over priced, unfriendly and well past its sell by date. The room was in poor repair and the double glazing disnt keep out the cold or the noise of the supermarket parking lot the hotel is located in.The best thing about the place was the view which was of the afore mentioned parking lot. To have to pay to park on top of the outrageous price was insult to injury If 0 stars were an option i would chose it.

The hotel was very worn and tired looking inside, the carpets were very worn with holes in some places and very stained, in our room there was a stain beside the bed and near the door, bedding was not changed the duration of our stay of 4 days, the dinning area was ok but not what i would say totally clean. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss in quality and variety. It was not good value for the money!! Would not be booking at this hotel again. Overall not the best hotel i have stayed in.

Needs some refurbishing
Asked for sofa bed to be made up ,did it ourselves some bits and a fair amount of hair when we pulled the bed out,stains all over the carpet,shower pressure and temperature really good,but in bathroom lots fixtures need repairing,maybe a good deep clean.Bar area ok ,breakfast was warm but fine.All in all very expensive stay ,won't be staying here again.Needs a refurbish.

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay at all. Took my husband here to stay for his 40th birthday. Reception staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Room was very dirty when we folded up the sofa bed with dust and rubbish on the floor! Air con was leaking and there was even a towel on the floor when we got in there to soak the wet up, every time we got out of bed we got wet feet! We checked out a night early as it was just terrible, I just wanted to cry and felt awful for my poor husband!
