A comfy and pleasant stay
Everything was great, except the check in process took so long. And the taxi to Gatwick airport is not 150 but 180 pounds, the door man gave me wrong information.

The air conditioner is out of order. We ask to change room. After changed new room, the smell of new room and the lift lobby has bad smell. The chair and toilet facilitate at the room are very old.

When most of the hotels in the World offer free WiFi in rooms and hotel lobby. This hotel is still charging you over 12 pounds a day for standard speed WiFi. Not mentioned no free WiFi in hotel lobby or restaurant. The towels were too old that solvent couldn’t work on them. The wooden flooring was annoying. My wife complained me for making noise every morning when I went to bath room. The only advantage of this hotel is it’s location right next to Paddington and have access to Metro by elevator.

- Booked 2 rooms (5 nights) in 5 months in advance and requested for connecting room, but still not arranged for me when checked in, after negotiation, then change for me from 2nd to 5th nights. - There is no free bottle drink water - When the date of my check out, 2 out of 3 elevator is under repair, my family have 5 big luggage and need to wait for 10 minutes due to too many guests up and down....

Good location but poor house keeping
Our family stayed 5 nights. One night the house keeping gave us 2 bottles of shampoos but no bath get (as they are all green so they must mixed up). The other night they forgot to take the dirty towel behind the door. The third night, they did not give us any clean towels and I had to ask for it.....

I loved staying here and will do so again in the future. The only issue I had was with room service. I ordered a tuna sandwich with crisps. Tuna sandwich was what I expected but very few crunched crisps were poured onto my plate as if they were the bottom of the bag. I often order room service from my Hiltons but never have had this. Breakfast and dinner was amazing but I will not order room service again. It is too easy to access Paddington Station food options. Great location, great rooms!

We arrived at 1400 and our room was not ready, but we were offered an upgraded room at 30 pounds more. This seems to happen every time we visit London. I would just like to get the room I paid for a little early, without being uncharged. This seems like a coordinated strategy to extract more money from guests.

Convenient hotel to stay with clean comfortable beds, it is also easy to get taxis and a wide range of restaurants and places nearby to eat. Convenient shopping in the station area if you need to grab any items you forgot.

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Kühlschrank war ausgebaut.Frühstück zwar immer noch gut,hat aber leider auch nachgelassen und somit Unterkunft und Frühstück zu teuer und dem Preis nicht angemessen.

As a traveler, I would have liked to be given a room earlier than I was given. Arrived late morning and could not get into our room until mid-afternoon. Greater consideration has to be given or acquire from travelers that are flying internationally to receive their rooms earlier.

I usually love staying here but this time our room was so hot and just wouldn’t cool down. The AC wouldn’t work and even with the heating off and the window open the tiny bit allowed it wasn’t ‘til about 6am that it became comfortable. I did report it on checkout. Apart from a sleepless night it was a lovely stay with great food and friendly service.

パディントン駅に隣接していて、もともとは鉄道会社(GWR)が運営していたホテルのようです。 全体に設備が古くエアコンのファンの音がうるさかったです。 シャワーの温度は快適でした。 ホテルの回りはレストランやパブが多く、食事には困りません。 コインランドリーは徒歩5〜6分ぐらいの所にあります。 エリザベス線や地下鉄の駅も徒歩1分なので移動には便利です。
